The flexible notes function allows comprehensive descriptive information to be recorded and other electronic files to be attached (e.g. photographs or correspondence). Specialty screens are provided for complex assistance such as imprisonment, financial aid, child abduction, deaths abroad, and immigration and citizenship requests. Additional features allow creation and viewing of media releases or briefings. Reports can be generated immediately to answer case inquiries, support operations and management requirements.
