WorldReach Software is looking for a full-time Business Analyst to join our growing team.  Reporting to the Manager responsible for Product Line Requirements, the Senior Business Analyst will assist WorldReach and its clients in identifying and describing business opportunities & issues, business/functional requirements and customization needs for WorldReach's products.

Qualifications that will make you stand out:

• Ten (10) years of experience in a Business/Systems Analyst role.
  
• Strong analytical and product definition skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  
• Experience with  analytical tools and techniques, software and development processes required for the design and implementation of automated business solutions for large, complex applications.
  
• Experience in the development of detailed process maps to represent process flows, interdependencies, key stakeholders, systems/manual interactions and aid to the analysis and design of future methods of operations
  
• Experience producing documentation, functional specifications of requirements and other user/system documentation
  
• A thorough understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) phases, the Agile development methodology and ability to identify which activities apply to larger, complex projects.
  
• Degree/diploma in Business or Management Information Systems or a University Degree combined with related work experience.
  
• Ability to speak a second language would be considered an asset. 
  
• Experience with Visa processing is desirable
